4Km Drift - 45mins

Craft: Paddleboards and/or kayaks
Description:
This enjoyable, and relaxing 4km paddle from Aquaduct park, Lasalle, to Rapids Park. With the swift moving current, almost no paddling is required - if you don't want to. It's the perfect "after work" evening paddle to finish your day and enjoy the warmer months.

At the very end of the trip, we pass the famous "Vage a Guy" surfing wave. The more adventurous can try to paddle though it. Or you can go around with ease. It's a great way to end the trip.

Requirements: You must be able to stand and paddle on your SUP standing with relative comfort, and be able to point your SUP in a given direction and paddle in a relatively straight line.

12Km Dorval Drift - 2 hours

Craft: Paddleboards and/or kayaks

Description:
This enjoyable, and relaxing 12km paddle from Parc St Louis in Dorval (lachine marina) to Rapids Park. This takes us under the Mercier bridge, with rapidly flowing current most of the way. We stop halfway down for a small picnic in Queneville Bay, before continuing down to the take out, past the Vague a Guy surf wave.

Paddling is required for most of the way, but it's a pretty laid back and easy one - if you don't want to. It's the perfect "after work" evening paddle to finish your day and enjoy the warmer months.

At the "Vage a Guy" surfing wave. The more adventurous can try to paddle though it. Or you can go around with ease. It's a great way to end the trip.

Requirements: You must be able to stand and paddle on your SUP standing with ease, and be able to point your SUP in a given direction and paddle in a relatively straight line. The ability to paddle at a relaxed speed for over an hour is required (this isn't a race - its a nice relaxing paddle). Kayakers must be able to paddle in a straight line.

4Km Mud Pie Island Circuit - 90-120 mins

Craft: Paddleboards and/or kayaks

Description:
This enjoyable, 4kmkm paddle from the Lasalle Marina, in Verdun up the edges of the St Lawrance,  and out to the small Mud Pie island (just above Nuns Island). From there, we paddle downriver towards Nuns Island, and back across to the Lasalle Marina.
While it's not a long paddle, near constant easy paddling is required as a portion of the trip is against light current. From Mud Pie island, the most amazing sunsets are visible, where we stop for a small snack.

Requirements: You must be able to stand and paddle on your SUP standing with ease, and be able to point your SUP in a given direction, against light flows and paddle in a relatively straight line. The ability to paddle at a relaxed speed for over an hour is required (this isn't a race - its a nice relaxing paddle). Kayakers must be able to paddle in a straight line.
