Private lessons are the price per person, for 1-2 people in a class.
Group lessons are the price per person, for 3-6 people in a class.
Graviti Sport owner Corran Addison was the first person to river surf on Montreals great waves in 2002, under the name Imagine Surf. In 2005, he opened the first surf school in Montreal, and by 2008 it was the largest in Canada, putting through more than 500 students a year. The instructors that worked under him were the best, and remain so today.

Level 1
Description:
This is a 2hr introduction to River Surfing. You'll learn the basics about your board, river dynamics, and river waves. Safety, and learning how to catch the wave will be the main focus, as well as the rudiments of getting up.
Classes take place at the Habitat 67 wave close to the old port of Montreal.
Children under the age of 12 must have a parent or gardian accompanying them, but you do not have to participate. Classes start at 5yrs old and up. Children under 12 the class takes place at "La Vague a Guy" or "Home wave" in Lasalle.

Description:
Now that you've learned how to line up and catch the wave, this 2hr class focuses on more consistent pop up, and rudimentary surfing skills.
